LED Mirrors include a 5-year warranty on electronic components, including: LEDs, shaver points, sensors, drivers, ballasts, and the demister (anti-fog feature).
If needed, we’ll ship replacement components free of charge, with easy fitting instructions. If you choose to hire an electrician, the labor cost is your responsibility.
To start a claim, email [email protected] with your order number and photos/video.

If anything arrives damaged, we handle it fast. We’ll typically ask for delivery photos + packaging photos, then move straight to a solution (replacement part or replacement unit, depending on the case).
We pack our mirrors specifically to reduce transit risk, but shipping carriers can still mishandle packages—this is exactly why we have a clear damage process in place.

Yes—our checkout is secure and encrypted. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank wire (where applicable).
If your payment doesn’t go through, please try a different card or contact your bank—sometimes it’s a simple security block.
