We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

We have a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in new, unused condition
It must be in its original packaging
It must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that we do not accept returns on used or installed items, or items that have been damaged after delivery. We also cannot accept returns on items that have been customized or personalized.

If your item meets these requirements, please contact us to initiate the return process. Return shipping label is paid by the buyer. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.

If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or a refund. In some cases, we may ask you to provide photos of the damage or to return the item to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. To ensure that you have proof of the item's original condition and packaging, we recommend recording the opening of the package. This documentation can be helpful in the event of any issues with the item or shipping. By recording the opening, you can have peace of mind, knowing that you have evidence of the item's initial state.

Don't hesitate, contact us immediately if the item has any problem, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
